Position: 平台网站工程师

The role sits within a dynamic working environment and provides significant challenge for a recruiter in both variety and scope of roles recruited for, breadth of seniority of roles and need to attract the best talent in the industry.

Main Responsibilities:
1. 对客户(或客户部门)的需求进行分析,建议，并进行相关技术设计；
2. 对公司运营业务网站进行业务逻辑设计，编写设计文档，并实施设计review；
3. 根据技术设计方案，按照进度计划高质量地完成项目的技术实施；
4. 与美术设计人员协作，完成公司运营业务网站功能的设计和实施；
5. 为公司运营业务网站提供运营支持。

Requirements:
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机有关专业；
2. 2年以上的网络应用(JAVA/JSp)开发经验，有网游公司开发工作经验者更佳；
3. 熟练掌握JSP,PHP,ASP等的开发，并能熟练使用Struts,Spring,Hibernate进行WEB开发；
4. 熟悉html,xhtml,xml等开发规范，熟悉JAVA, SQL(Oracle, MsSQL, MySQL, etc)等多种开发技术；
5. 乐于接受新的技术、工作及管理方式；
6. 能吃苦耐劳，有团队合作精神。
