Corporate Development and Investment Center
This Center is principally responsible for formulating the long-term development strategies of the company and improving its capital and investment structure as and when needed. In addition, it also assists the company in building up strategic alliances with excellent enterprises within or outside the industry for the purposes of resources sharing and synergy. The Center is now in the process of establishing working relationship with some foreign and local industry pioneers with a view to building up a good foundation for the company’s future development.

R&D Center
This Center was formed as we believe that R&D will be one of the key success factors of our future development. This Center is mainly responsible for the development of all cartoon image products launched by the company, including games, toys, books, etc. The Center is now expanding quickly and will be essential to the building up of our core competencies for our future development.

CMD Center
The CMD Center is mainly responsible for the planning and operations of the business of commercialized cartoon image products such as toys, CD, DVD, foods, dress and books. Its main duties include (1) the introduction of famous foreign images into the PRC market; and (2) the original development of PRC images with copyright management and licensing; as well as (3) the subsequent design and commercialization of image products suitable for the PRC market.

The CMD Center has already established close contact with many foreign or local well-known image developers for the purposes of sourcing the best images for the PRC market. We believe this is the best way to maximize the value of images.
