Main Operational Departments
Games Department
The Games Department is mainly responsible for both the on-line and off-line games businesses of the company including sourcing, publishing, marketing, distributing, and operating cartoon games products suitable for the PRC market. For this, the Department has already established close contact with many foreign and local developers and has a timetable for suitable products to be launched.
Sales Department
The Sales Department is mainly responsible for the sales of the company’s products through various levels of channel members to consumers. Its main objective is to establish an effective sales network involving various kinds of channel members and covering main cities and countryside throughout China. Through its great efforts of channel development, the Department has established partnership with hundreds of dealers throughout more than 30 major cities and provinces of China.
Marketing Department
The Marketing Department is mainly responsible for (1) the building up and management of our corporate image; (2) the formulating and implementing marketing strategies of the company’s products and images; and (3) the integration of external and internal marketing information and resources for better utilization. Our Marketing Department consists of many qualified marketing experts. Given our in-depth understanding of multi-level market system in China and through our comprehensive marketing researches and promotion campaigns, we believe that we are not just able to market our products effectively but also can establish a good foundation of our corporate position in the market rapidly. We believe that our Marketing Department has four strengths: comprehensive and scientific market research and strategic planning capability, wide and well-established media relationship, well-structured operational execution capability, accurate and rapid information collection mechanism.
Customer Service Department
The objective of the Customer Service Department is to ensure the provision of excellent services and products to our customers. It is mainly responsible for mail-ordering services, after sales service and supports, gathering of users’ information and conducting necessary market research. It helps to form a bridge between developers and customers by providing useful information about the final customers through professional product testing and scientific market research.
